Nuwtonic.com is an AI-powered SaaS application that provides a comprehensive suite of tools for Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Artificial Intelligence Optimization (AIO). Our services utilize advanced artificial intelligence, machine learning, and natural language processing technologies to deliver: 1. AI Agents: Specialized agents for generating Schema markup (JSON-LD), optimizing Meta Titles and Descriptions, creating Alt Text for images, and generating structured FAQs. 2. SEO & AIO Pipelines: End-to-end workflows for auditing site performance, analyzing competitors, identifying content gaps, and generating actionable fixes for both traditional search engines and AI answer engines (AIO/GEO). 3. Content Intelligence: Tools for brand identity analysis, topical map creation, content brief generation, and long-form article writing designed to be cited in AI answers. 4. Analytics & Audits: Integration with Google Search Console for performance tracking, AI readiness audits, and technical SEO checks. 5. Automation Tools: Bulk processing capabilities for applying fixes and generating content at scale.

Nuwtonic.com is currently owned and operated by an individual. This ownership status may change in the future, in which case these Terms and Conditions will be updated accordingly to reflect any changes in ownership structure.
User Accounts
To access the full features of the Service, you must create a user account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, all activities that occur under your account, providing accurate and current information during registration, and notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches.

You retain full ownership of all content generated through the Service, including but not limited to Schema markup, Meta Descriptions, Alt Text, FAQs, article drafts, content briefs, topical maps, and audit reports. The content you create using Nuwtonic.com belongs to you, and you have the right to use these for personal, business, or commercial purposes. We retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service itself, including all software, algorithms, and underlying technology. By using our Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your input content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
Fair Use Policy
Users are strictly prohibited from automating the process of using our services (generating Schema, Meta Description, Alt Text, FAQs, etc.) except through our official API with valid credentials or via the built-in bulk processing features provided within the application interface. Unauthorized automation can severely impact server load and service quality for other users. Any unethical, malicious, or unauthorized automated usage of the platform may result in immediate termination of your subscription without refund.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nuwtonic.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, reliability, or quality of the Service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation of the Service. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms and Conditions, is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
Refund Policy
No Refunds: All purchases are final and non-refundable, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Once a subscription or one-time purchase is completed, you are not entitled to any refund, credit, or price adjustment for any reason. Free Trial: We provide a 7-day free trial so you can evaluate the app and its features before making any purchase. By proceeding with a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you have had sufficient opportunity to test the app and that you accept our no-refund policy. Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, cancellation will only prevent future renewals. It will not result in a refund for any fees already paid. Legal Rights: Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to limit any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
User Content and Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for the content they generate and share using our platform. We do not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy of user-generated content. Users must ensure their content complies with all applicable laws and regulations, and does not infringe upon the rights of others.
