What Nuwtonic helps you do
Nuwtonic is an agentic SEO workspace. Inside one workspace you can:
- review Google Search performance for your site;
- track how AI answer engines mention and cite your brand;
- audit pages and apply SEO or GEO fixes;
- research keywords and competitors;
- generate and publish content;
- run focused agents for schema, meta, alt text, and FAQs.
Work happens inside a workspace. A workspace is usually one website or domain.
Tip: Connect Google Search Console first. Then connect one CMS integration before you publish content or push fixes.
1. Get started
Create your account
- Open Nuwtonic and sign up or log in.
- After login, you land on Workspaces.
- If your plan or organization is not ready yet, finish organization setup first.
Create a workspace
Create a workspace with Google Search Console (GSC). Full setup detail is in the Google Search Console guide.
- From Workspaces, choose create or import.
- Authorize Google Search Console when prompted.
- Select the verified property you want to manage.
- Choose the Target Country for your SEO, GEO, brand visibility, and competitor analysis. The default is United States (US).
- Confirm and create the workspace.
You need a verified Search Console property and a Google account with access to that property. If authorization fails, retry with the correct account or finish verification in Search Console first.
Choose the country where you primarily want to reach customers. You can change it later from Brand Analysis. See Why Target Country matters for which features use it and why.
Finish first-time setup
After the workspace is created, Nuwtonic may ask you to choose setup modules and a seed keyword.
- Select the modules you want to start with.
- Enter a clear seed keyword for your business or site.
- Start setup and wait until the workspace is ready.
- Open the workspace dashboard.
Setup usually takes a few minutes. Stay on the page until it finishes.
Recommended first path
- Open the Performance Dashboard.
- Connect an integration if you want to publish content or push fixes to your CMS.
- Run one SEO audit on an important page.
- Generate one article from Content Generation.
- Review AI Search Visibility after you add a few prompts.
2. How to move around the app
Use the left sidebar inside a workspace. The main areas are:
- Dashboard — workspace overview and performance home.
- AI Search Visibility — brand visibility in AI answers.
- SEO Performance — Google Search data, ranking, and SEO audits.
- Content Generation — planning, writing, and publishing content.
- Competitor Gap — competitor and opportunity analysis.
- Keyword intelligence — keyword research and clusters.
- Auto Traffic Campaign — recovery and growth campaigns.
- Individual Agents — schema, meta, alt text, FAQ tools.
- Integrations — connect WordPress, Shopify, Ghost, Webflow, or webhook.
- Settings — workspace webhook settings and danger zone actions.
Your organization settings (profile, subscription, team) live outside the workspace sidebar.
3. Dashboard and SEO Performance
Performance Dashboard
Open SEO Performance → Performance Dashboard to review:
- clicks, impressions, CTR, and average position;
- trends and movers;
- pages and queries that need attention;
- opportunities such as CTR uplift, cannibalization, and device gaps.
Use this screen to decide where to spend time next. Prefer pages with strong impressions but weak CTR or declining clicks.
Keyword Ranking
Open Keyword Ranking to track query performance over time. Use it when you want to monitor specific search terms after content updates or fixes.
SERP Ranking
Open SERP Ranking to review position tracking style results. Use it when you want a clearer view of how pages are competing in search results.
If GSC data is missing
If charts or tables look empty:
- Confirm the workspace is connected to the correct GSC property.
- Confirm the property has search data in Google Search Console.
- Wait for a refresh if the workspace was just created.
- Reconnect GSC and select the matching verified property again.
4. SEO Audit and Fix
Use this when you want to improve on-page SEO for Google Search.
- Open SEO Performance → SEO Audit & Fix.
- Choose a single page, bulk pages, or the available sitewide option.
- Enter or select the page URL you want to audit.
- Run the audit and wait for results.
- Review the issues and recommended fixes.
- Apply the fixes you want to keep.
After the audit
- Use SEO Audit Dashboard to review recent audit status and outcomes.
- Use Advanced SEO Optimizations for deeper fix work when available on your plan.
- If an integration is connected, push approved fixes to your CMS carefully and check the live page after publishing.
Good habits
- Start with high-impression pages.
- Apply one clear set of fixes, then re-check the page.
- Do not apply conflicting changes to the same page at the same time.
- Keep a note of pages you changed so you can measure results later in the dashboard.
5. AI Search Visibility
Use this area to understand whether AI systems mention and cite your brand.
Dashboard
Open AI Search Visibility → Dashboard for an overview of brand visibility across tracked prompts and providers.
Prompts & Runs
- Open Prompts & Runs.
- Add prompts that real buyers or users would ask AI tools.
- Run tracking.
- Review visibility score, citation rate, and top placement signals.
Write prompts the way a customer would ask them. Vague prompts produce vague insights.
Citations
Open Citation to see which URLs or snippets are being cited in AI answers. Prefer strengthening pages that already earn citations, then expand into missing topics.
GEO Audit & Fix
Use GEO audit when you want pages to be clearer and more citable for AI answer engines.
- Open GEO Audit & Fix.
- Choose a page URL.
- Run the audit.
- Review AI-readiness issues such as structure, clarity, schema, and citation readiness.
- Apply the recommended fixes.
Use the GEO Audit Dashboard to monitor progress across audits.
AI Impact
If available on your account, follow the connection steps shown in the screen to relate AI visibility to traffic outcomes before expecting impact charts.
6. Content Generation
Use Content Generation when you need new SEO and GEO-ready articles.
Brand Analysis
Start here if the brand voice is not set yet.
- Open Brand Analysis.
- Select Edit Analysis.
- Review or change Target Country. Country codes use the two-letter format, such as US or IN.
- Review or complete the brand, audience, and messaging inputs.
- Select Save Changes, then select Analyze Brand if you changed the country so the analysis matches your new market.
See Why Target Country matters below for a full list of features that read this setting and why it matters.
Why Target Country matters
Your Target Country is the main market you want to reach — for example, customers in the United States (US) or India (IN). You set it when you create a workspace, and you can change it anytime in Brand Analysis.
Search results, AI answers, and competitors are not the same in every country. Nuwtonic uses your Target Country so recommendations match the place where you actually sell or want to grow.
Where Nuwtonic uses your Target Country
| Feature | What it does with your country |
|---|---|
| Brand Analysis | Shapes your brand voice, audience, and messaging for buyers in that country. |
| AI Search Visibility | Checks whether AI tools mention and cite your brand when people in that country ask relevant questions. |
| Know Your Competitor | Finds rival brands that compete in that same country — not unrelated global sites that only share your language. |
| Keyword Gap | Compares your keywords against those country-relevant competitors so you spot gaps that matter in your market. |
When to update it
- You mainly sell in one country today, but you are expanding to another.
- Your competitor or AI visibility results feel wrong for your real market.
- You imported a workspace and the default US is not your primary audience.
After you change the country in Brand Analysis, select Save Changes, then Analyze Brand. Open Know Your Competitor or AI Search Visibility again so those areas refresh for the new country.
Country codes use two letters, such as US, IN, GB, or DE.

Typical statuses include planned, draft, and published. Use the planner to keep a clear queue instead of generating articles without a publishing plan.
7. Keyword intelligence
Keyword Research
- Open Keyword Research.
- Enter a seed keyword.
- Review volume, intent, difficulty, and opportunity signals.
- Save or shortlist keywords you want to write about or track.
Use research before bulk content generation so you write for demand, not only for ideas.

- Open Serp Based Keyword Clusters after research.
- Review clusters and recommended next actions.
- Choose clusters that match your business priority.
- Move selected topics into Topical Map, Content Writer, or your campaign plan.
8. Competitor Gap

- Open Auto Traffic Campaign.
- Choose a strategy such as growth, recovery, or defense when offered.
- Review eligible pages.
- Select the pages you want to include.
- Run the campaign or advanced SEO fix flow shown on the screen.
- Monitor results in SEO Performance after the work completes.
Start with a small page set. Confirm results before expanding the campaign.
10. Individual Agents
Use Individual Agents for focused tasks on one page or a selected set of pages.
Schema Agent
Creates or updates structured data for selected URLs. Use it when pages need clearer article, FAQ, or other schema support.
Meta Agent
Creates or improves titles and meta descriptions. Use it for high-impression pages with weak CTR.
Alt Text Agent
Creates image alt text. Use it when important images are missing useful descriptions.
FAQ Agent
Creates FAQ content for a page. Review the questions for accuracy before publishing.
Optimization History
Open Optimization History to review past agent runs and outputs. Use it when you need to confirm what was generated earlier.
11. Integrations and publishing
Open Integrations to connect your CMS. Google Search Console is connected through its own product flow and has a dedicated guide.
Choose the right integration
| Platform | Best for | Detailed guide |
|---|---|---|
| WordPress | Plugin-based publish and SEO fixes | WordPress |
| Shopify | Products, pages, meta, and schema metafields | Shopify |
| Webflow | CMS collections with a site API token | Webflow |
| Ghost | Ghost Admin API publish and updates | Ghost |
| Webhook | Custom CMS, backend, or automation | Webhooks |
| Google Search Console | Workspace import and SEO Performance | GSC |
Connect a CMS integration
- Open Integrations.
- Choose the platform you use.
- Follow the on-screen connection steps, or open the detailed guide above if a credential is unclear.
- Save the connection.
- Test publishing or fix delivery with a low-risk page first.
Usually one active CMS integration is enough for a workspace. If you switch platforms, disconnect the old one before relying on the new one.

- Wait for the first sync after workspace creation.
- Check that you opened the correct workspace.
An audit or generation failed
- Confirm you still have AI credits.

- For WordPress, confirm the plugin is active and the Website ID matches.
- For webhook, confirm your endpoint is online and the signing secret is current.
- Open the CMS and verify whether a draft was created instead of a live post.
Fixes look wrong on the live page
